The apartment is a 5 min walk to the nearest train station (Elsternwick) and it also has trams and buses on the street. Plenty of gyms, cafes and shops are all a 5-10 min walk away. Classic cinema is a 5min walk and the beach is 15mins.
The apartment is modern, light filled and cosy. It includes a recently renovated kitchen, split system for heating and cooling and a large smart TV.
The master bedroom has a king bed, large wardrobe and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large wardrobe and connects to the main bathroom. A desk will fit in either bedroom and we can leave one set up if you wish.
We would prefer to find a tenant/s who would like to rent for the full date range but are open to hearing from you if only interest in a portion of the dates.
