These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of rentola.com.au and related services provided by Rentola Abroad ApS ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rentola Abroad ApS regarding your use of rentola.com.au and our services.

2. Services

We provide access to our:

• Aggregated property listing.
• The ability to set up property alerts.
• Subscription-based services.

3. User obligations

You agree not to:

• Share your personal subscription to rentola.com.au.
• Violate any applicable laws or these Terms.
• Upload illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Collect data about other users without consent.
• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots, crawlers) without our permission.
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscription price: 2 $ for the first 7 days, then 65 $ every 28 days.
• Subscriptions are renewed automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are charged to the payment method provided at registration.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via your profile page or by filling out the Contact form on our website.
• We reserve the right to change the prices for our service.

5. Right of withdrawal

• You have immediate and full access to all our listings from the moment of registration. Therefore, you forfeit any right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Content rights

• By uploading content to rentola.com.au, you grant Rentola Abroad ApS a free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to store, use, and distribute the content (including marketing via social media and partner networks).
• We reserve the right to remove or block content that is unlawful, misleading, or violates these Terms.
• Content on rentola.com.au, that isn't uploaded by users, is made available through our automated IT systems. Our systems only embed a cached proxy of the content from publicly available sources. We do not store any of this content on our servers, and if the original sources remove the content, consequently it will disappear from rentola.com.au. 7. Limitation of liability

• We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or quality of user-generated content.
• We cannot guarantee the availability of the listings on our website. Our IT systems refresh all content on a 24-hour basis to ensure it is up to date, and we also provide users with the option to flag content.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized use of rentola.com.au.

8. Misuse

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently ban users who abuse the platform or violate our policies.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Denmark.
