1 room room of 86 m² in Snowy Valleys Council

Hi all! We are looking for a housemate to sublease a room of a 4 bedroom house in Weston. The available room is spacious with a wardrobe and double bed included. The move in date is flexible - you can move in mid-November or Mid-December, but the preference is for mid-November. The current lease ends in early February with the option of signing on to the new 12 month contract following the end of the current lease. Please feel free to message me if you have interest or if you have any questions.About the house The house is a large 4-bedroom share house with an open kitchen and living room, large backyard and deck, 1 large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet connected to the laundry. There is a 2 car garage however the parking space is currently occupied, however there is space for street parking. We are less than 10 minutes walk from Cooleman Court, which has an Aldi and Woolworths, and have a rapid bus stop about 5 minutes walk which takes about 20 minutes to get into civic. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets. The house is fully furnished, but we are happy to chat about accommodating furniture and decorations. Rent and Utilities The room is $260/week, paid fortnightly The rent excludes bills. We split bills equally for gas, electricity, water and internet You will be expected to sublet to the end of the current contract ending in early February, with the option of signing a following 12 month lease and pay bond We also split the cost for common use items like dishwashing liquid, hand soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc
